Company car washing: what to agree for the month

When several people use company vehicles, washing can become another task that everyone handles differently. A monthly arrangement is more useful when service scope, a contact person and the way visits are organized are clear from the outset. Begin with your fleet’s actual needs rather than an assumed package.
Describe your vehicles and how they are used
Prepare the number of vehicles, their categories and the approximate frequency of visits. A car used for customer meetings may need different care from a vehicle that spends every day on site visits. Explain whether you mainly need exterior washing, interior cleaning or a combination on an agreed schedule.
Mention at the beginning if your vehicle numbers change during the month. The same applies to wraps, company graphics, accessories and other specific requirements. The first conversation should help the team understand your needs before any service commitment is made.
Agree on scope and arrival arrangements
An arrangement should clearly state the included services, any limit on wash numbers, the applicable period and how visits are requested. Choose one contact person who can confirm changes or additional work. Drivers then receive clear instructions, and the wash team knows whom to contact.
Discuss when your vehicles are available. A regular business relationship does not automatically mean arrival without waiting or an unlimited service. Capacity, appointments and any extra work should form part of the specific agreement.
Clarify records and commercial terms
Before starting, confirm the price or how it will be calculated, relevant deadlines and the documentation your company expects. A useful visit record identifies the vehicle, date and service carried out. Do not assume a discount or payment arrangement until both sides have agreed to it.
CMD Plus welcomes company inquiries about monthly cooperation. Send your company name, contact details, vehicle count and a short description of your needs. An inquiry starts a conversation; it is not an automatically accepted contract or reserved capacity. Our team will discuss the available options and terms for your fleet.
